Better Together Offers on Listing Pages allows you to display your Better Together offers the All Products, New Products, Featured Products, Search Results and manufacturer and category listing pages. The offer is shown directly below the Item Description (which is shown under the Product Name field in tabular layout). It also randomizes the display order of the offers, and permits the display of the entire set of offers or a subset.

Bugs

  • If you use two-for-one offerings in Better Together, you must upgrade to Better Together 2.3b or higher; prior versions of Better Together had a defect which prevented Two For One offerings from displaying properly on the listing pages.

FAQ

Q: Does this work with Template Monster Templates?
A: My software is designed to work with properly implemented Zen Cart templates; if you're using a Template Monster template, you should expect to do some editing and merging.

Q: I have a lot of discounts offers; how do I limit the number of offers displayed?
A: See the README file in the zip for instructions on doing this customization.

Q: I use Better Together cross sells. Are these displayed on listing pages?
A: No. Only discounts are displayed. Cross sells are only displayed on the product info page (and on the Shopping Cart and Checkout Shipping page if you use Checkout Candy).
